With a background in Electronic Engineering and an MBA in Information Technology Management, Luís has extensive experience in IT project management, system architecture, and solution design. Prior to their current role, Luís worked as a Senior System Architect at Pegasystems and in various roles at Changepoint, Compuware, Telefônica, and BankBoston. Luís's focus has been on ensuring success with product adoption and providing product guidance to help customers achieve their desired outcomes.
