Marcy Pawlak, CSM, currently serves as Sr. Director for Customer Success Delivery Excellence & Transformation at ServiceNow, focusing on enhancing organizational performance and employee experience within the Global Enablement and Training organization since February 2023. Prior to this, Marcy held multiple senior leadership positions at Cisco, including Sr. Director of Strategy, Planning & Operations in the Customer Success Organization and Head of Programs & Transformation in CX Engineering, driving enterprise agility and cross-business transformation. At Salesforce, Marcy contributed as Senior Director, Success Cloud Chief of Staff, overseeing customer experience innovations and multi-year strategies. Earlier experiences include project management roles at Razorfish and educational program coordination at Experiencia and Kendall College, complemented by a Bachelor’s degree in Equestrian Business Management from Stephens College.
