Swati Raju

Swati Raju currently serves as Vice President of Engineering for Technology Workflows at ServiceNow since January 2025. Prior to this, Swati held several leadership roles at Atlassian from January 2017 to December 2024, including Head of Engineering for Atlassian AI Data & Experience, Head of Engineering for Confluence Cloud, and Director of Engineering for the Confluence Experience Group. Swati has a notable history in engineering management, having led teams that achieved significant milestones such as enhancing customer satisfaction and driving growth for Confluence. Previous experience includes serving as CTO for Traveling Spoon, Senior Mobile Engineering Manager at Groupon, and various engineering roles at Goodrec/Mob.ly, Yahoo! Inc, and Ticketmaster. Swati holds an MS in Design Knowledge and Computation from Arizona State University and a B.Arch in Architecture from the School of Planning and Architecture.
