Jay Janger has a diverse range of work experience spanning various roles and industries. Jay is currently working at ServicePower as the Vice President of Sales & Partnerships, where they lead sales efforts in North America for new logo opportunities, existing customer growth, and strategic account expansion. Jay also oversees strategic partnerships for revenue-generating alliances. Prior to this, Jay served as the Vice President of North American Sales at ServicePower and as the Senior Director of North American Sales, where they managed a team of Regional Account Executives and closed the largest deal in the company's history.

Before joining ServicePower, Jay worked at Crownpeak as the Regional Sales Director, where they managed and directed all sales functions in the Central and Southeast Regions of the US. Jay was responsible for leading brands' trust in Crownpeak's cloud-first Digital Experience Management platform.

Additionally, Jay has entrepreneurial experience as the owner of three specialty toy stores in Northwest Houston under the franchise Learning Express Toys. Jay provided a fun and friendly shopping environment with knowledgeable sales staff and expert advice to parents looking for the perfect toy, game, or gift.

Earlier in their career, Jay worked at Actiance, Inc. as the Regional Sales Manager, managing sales in the Central and Southwest regions of the US. Jay also served as a Regional Sales Manager and Sales Engineer at Autonomy (now an HP Company), where they successfully sold the complete Autonomy suite of unstructured data management products.

Jay has also taught technology-based courses as an Adjunct Instructor at George Mason University and worked as a Project and Business Development Manager at C2 Technologies, Inc. Additionally, they worked at the American Association of Airport Executives (AAAE) as a Senior Editor, designing and authoring interactive CD-ROMs for training, information dissemination, and database archiving. Jay gained experience in the broadcasting industry as a Master Control Operator at NewsChannel 8, where they were responsible for monitoring the quality and accuracy of the on-air product.

Throughout their career, Jay has demonstrated a strong sales and leadership track record and has gained expertise in various industries such as technology, retail, and broadcasting.

Jay Janger attended McLean High School from 1985 to 1989 where they received a Governor's Diploma. Following that, they pursued higher education at the University of Miami from 1989 to 1993, earning a Bachelor of Science degree. Jay'sstudies at the university focused on Broadcasting and Political Science.
