Mani Krishna Sai Ravi

Mani Krishna Sai Ravi is a Senior Testing Engineer at ServiceRocket since April 2021, responsible for leading feature development, maintaining pipeline automation, analyzing complex customer issues, and coordinating testing activities across multiple teams. Prior experience includes a Software Development Internship at the University of Windsor, where Mani developed a web application for palliative care and engaged in all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle, and a role at Infosys as a System Engineer, where test cases were developed for AT&T's supplier management system. Mani holds a Master's degree in Applied Computing from the University of Windsor and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from KL University.
