Alyson Stauder has worked in a variety of roles since 2013. Alyson began their career as a Guest Services Associate at O'Charley's in 2013. In 2015, they moved to INGRAM EQUIPMENT CO, LLC as an Administrative Assistant. In 2016, they worked as a Bartender at The Bar. In 2017, they became a Bid Process Coordinator at Don Martell Concrete. Since 2018, they have been employed by Services To Enhance Potential, where they have held the roles of Culinary Manager, Department Secretary, and Skills Trainer.

Alyson Stauder attended the University of South Alabama from 2012 to 2018, where they studied Chemistry.
