Akram Ibrahim has a diverse work experience. Akram joined NCR Corporation in 2012 as a Business Consultant, where they worked until 2014. In 2014, they moved to Life Time Fitness and served as an Account Manager and Fitness Professional, achieving sales quotas and receiving awards for their performance. In 2015, Akram joined CareerBuilder, initially as a Customer Success Manager, where they proactively monitored accounts and provided training. Akram then became an Enterprise Manager, leading a team of 18 Customer Success Managers and working with sales teams. In 2019, they were promoted to Head of Global Partnerships Development & Growth, responsible for protecting key accounts. Most recently, Akram joined ServiceTitan in 2019 as the Enterprise Manager of the Customer Success Team. Akram successfully grew the team and achieved high customer and team member retention rates, even during the pandemic. Currently, they serve as the Director of the Enterprise Customer Success Team.

Akram Ibrahim obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the Georgia Tech Scheller College of Business between the years 2009 and 2013.
