Ayah Abdelbaki

Ayah Abdelbaki has a diverse work experience spanning over different companies and roles. Ayah started their career as a Sql Database Developer at Mobinil in 2007. Ayah then worked as a Software Test Engineer at E-arabia in 2008. In the same year, they joined The Egyptian Credit Bureau as a Data Quality Specialist. Ayah was responsible for automating the structural testing process of monthly data submissions. In 2010, they co-founded Crius Solutions and worked as a Software Development Engineer in Test. Ayah was involved in developing web and ERP solutions. From 2013 to 2015, Ayah worked at Microsoft as a Software Development Engineer in Test, where they contributed to the development and maintenance of test planning and execution tools. In 2015, they joined Tableau Software as a Senior Software Engineer and Technical Lead, responsible for developing internal production monitoring and alerting tools, as well as automation frameworks. In 2020, they joined Salesforce and held several positions, including Engineering Senior Member of Technical Staff and Senior Software Engineering Manager. Ayah worked on developing internal testing and performance tools and managing engineering teams. In 2022, they joined Microsoft again as a Senior Software Engineering Manager, focusing on HoloLens and Mixed Reality. Currently, Ayah works at ServiceTitan as the Director of Software Engineering.

Ayah Abdelbaki has a Bachelor's degree in Computer and Information Sciences from Ain Shams University. Ayah also holds a High School/Secondary Diplomas and Certificates (I.G.S.C.E) from International Thebes Integrated School. In addition, they have obtained certifications as a Double Ranger and Ranger from Trailhead by Salesforce in 2021.
