James Zhang

James Zhang has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. James is currently a Principal Product Manager at ServiceTitan, specializing in data. Prior to this, they worked as a Product Lead at Affirm, where they played a key role in launching and expanding their omnichannel consumer financing product offering. Additionally, they led cross-functional teams and developed a unique partnership with Walmart. Before that, they served as a General Manager at NerdWallet, where they launched and scaled the Consumer Credit and Debt team and served as the Head of Personal Loans. James was also a member of the Growth and New Markets team. Earlier in their career, James worked as an Associate at The Riverside Company, focusing on private equity investments, and as an Analyst at Morgan Stanley, where they supported the firm's global strategy and corporate development activities. James began their career as a Research Assistant at the Yale Center for Environmental Law & Policy.

James Zhang obtained their B.A. in Economics from Yale University in 2011. Before attending Yale, they participated in the Yale-PKU Semester Exchange Program at Peking University from an unknown start year to 2009. James completed their high school education at Cheshire High School from 2003 to 2007.
