Thomas Howard

VP Customer Experience at ServiceTitan

Thomas Howard has a wide range of work experience, starting in 2005 as a Project Manager at Lee's Accutech. Thomas then worked as an Intern at Merrill Lynch and Beneficial Financial Group in 2009. In 2010, they became a Manager at the Law Office of Mitchell K. Wyatt. From 2011 to 2020, Thomas was the Owner of Lee's Air Conditioning Heating & Building Performance, where they significantly grew the company and reduced overhead costs. In 2014, they became the CFO of the California Autism Center & Learning Group, where they developed budgeting and forecasting models. In 2015, Thomas became the President/Co-Owner of Dustin Pest Control, Inc. and turned the company from a net loss to a profit. In 2016, they became an Investor/Advisor at Icona Lashes, which grew into a successful company. Most recently, in 2020, Thomas became the VP of Customer Experience at ServiceTitan.

Thomas Howard earned an Associate of Arts degree in Business Administration from Fresno City College from 2006 to 2008. Thomas then went on to Brigham Young University and obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from 2008 to 2010.
