Brook McShane Bock

Brook McShane Bock is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in product leadership across various industries. Currently serving as Chief Product Officer at ServiceTrade since November 2024, Brook previously held the same title at Lightspeed Systems, overseeing product management for an online security platform utilizing AI. Prior roles include Chief Product Officer at Vanco, where Brook directed a $10B payments portfolio, and Vice President of Product at Blackboard, leading mobile and analytics initiatives that significantly improved app ratings and downloads. Brook's earlier career includes impactful positions at College Board, Corporate Executive Board, AT&T, and CyberCash, alongside an early role as a US Congressional Page. Brook holds an MBA from Duke University's Fuqua School of Business and a BA in Economics from St. Olaf College.
