Ryan Jernigan is the current Manager of Customer Support at ServiceTrade. Ryan has extensive experience in management, customer service, and sales. Ryan began their career at Apple in August of 2011 as a Manager. Ryan quickly rose through the ranks due to their dedication to their work and their ability to connect with people. In their time at Apple, they oversaw a team of technicians, sales professionals, and business professionals. Ryan was responsible for training and mentoring their direct reports, interviewing and hiring new team members, and maintaining high employee retention rates. Ryan also determined store priorities, Net Promoter goals, quarterly sales, and response time metrics. Ryan was always focused on the customer and finding creative solutions to their problems. Ryan was awarded the "Most Improved" Product Zone Net Promoter Score Award in 2019.
