María Paz Díaz Silva

Mariana Aguirre is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in both the organic products industry and nutrition. Since August 2020, Mariana has served as the owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos, an online store specializing in organic products for body care and environmental sustainability. Additionally, since January 2016, Mariana has held the position of Compliance Officer Assistant at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. Previously, Mariana owned and managed Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019, worked as a nutritionist in a private practice from February 2016 to 2019, and taught applied mathematics to nutrition and food history at a vocational training school from August 2016 to August 2017. Mariana holds a diploma in Business Administration from Universidad Anahuac Online (2019-2020) and a degree in Food, Nutrition, and Wellness from Universidad del Centro de México (2011-2015).
