Adrian McCann is an experienced professional in customer service and communications, currently serving as the Director at Connect since May 2021, following the acquisition of ServiceCX, which Adrian founded in September 2018. As Founder of ServiceCX, Adrian aims to address future customer service challenges by enhancing organizations' digital transformation journeys. Previously, Adrian held the position of Senior VP for Servion Europe, focusing on customer experience, automation, and RPA initiatives since December 2014, following the integration of JAMS UK LTD into Servion.
