Elaine Maloney

Elaine Maloney has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Elaine'smost recent role was as the Director Avaya Delivery Practice for Servion Global Solutions, where they also held the position of Avaya Practice Lead and Call Center Consultant. Prior to that, they worked at Avaya as a Senior System Readiness Manager. Elaine also had a long tenure at Avaya, Inc., where they served as a Professional Services Consultant and Integration Specialist, a Professional Services Engagement Manager, and a Technical Project Manager. Earlier in their career, they worked at Mosaix as a Project Manager and at United Advertising Publications as a Systems Analyst.

Elaine Maloney earned an Associate of Applied Science degree in Computer Science from North Seattle College from 1983 to 1987.
