Sethumadhavan NP has extensive experience in various leadership positions within Servion Global Solutions. From 2022 onwards, they have served as the Vice President, CC and WFE Delivery Practice, overseeing the implementation and management of CX platforms such as Genesys, Cisco, and Avaya. Prior to this role, from 2019 to 2022, Sethumadhavan was the AVP Delivery-Cisco CX, where they managed the Cisco CX Platform and other WFO & WFM solutions. In addition to their management roles, Sethumadhavan has a background as a Principal Solution Architect, where they led a global engineering team in designing and onboarding Cisco HCS platform. Sethumadhavan also has experience as a Senior Technical Manager, overseeing the delivery of Cisco unified Collaboration and Contact Center solutions. Before joining Servion Global Solutions, they worked as an IPT/IPCC Engineer at Emircom, where they were responsible for designing and implementing Cisco Collaboration and Contact Center solutions. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Customer Support Executive at Dimension Data and as a Cisco Certification Trainer at TimeNet Learning.

Sethumadhavan NP holds a Post Graduate Diploma in IT and Systems Certificate of MBA Program from ICFAI University, which was completed from 2014 to 2016. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's Degree in BSC IT from Annamalai University in 2014. Sethumadhavan'seducation history also includes an Associate's Degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from Government Polytechnic, Pala, Kerala, which was obtained in 1998. Additionally, they completed their 10th grade (SSLC) from SKV Govt HS.
