Ashley Haglin

Ashley Haglin has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Ashley is currently serving as the Vice President of Delivery at Servos since September 2023. Prior to this, they held the position of Director of Delivery at Servos from May 2021 and also worked as a Senior Manager from December 2020 to May 2021.

Before joining Servos, Ashley Haglin worked at Crossfuze from June 2019 to December 2020 as a Managing Consultant in ServiceNow Professional Services. Their responsibilities included managing ServiceNow Delivery Technical Resources, monitoring and maintaining key performance indicators, coaching team members, and being the Product Owner of a support offering.

From November 2018 to June 2019, Ashley Haglin worked as the Director of ServiceNow Professional Services at Virteva. Prior to that, they held the positions of Manager and Architect in ServiceNow Professional Services at Virteva. Ashley started their career at Virteva as a ServiceNow Solutions Engineer/Lead Engineer from September 2014 to October 2016.

Before joining Virteva, Ashley Haglin worked at Velocity Technology Solutions as an IT Application Specialist/Business Analyst from June 2011 to September 2014. Ashley also worked as an IS-Application Specialist at 50 Below from December 2010 to June 2011 and as a Technical Specialist Intern at Lockheed Martin Information Technology from June 2010 to September 2010.

Ashley Haglin obtained a Project Management Certification from the University of Minnesota in 2014. Ashley also holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Management Information Systems from the University of Minnesota Duluth, which they earned from 2007 to 2010. In 2009, they studied Business Economics at Nankai University. In terms of additional certifications, Ashley has obtained various certifications from ServiceNow, including Suite Certification - CSM Professional, Suite Certification - ITSM Professional, Certified Implementation Specialist - Service Provider, Certified Implementation Specialist - Customer Service Management, Certified Application Developer, Certified Implementation Specialist - IT Service Management, and Certified System Administrator. Ashley is also a Certified Scrum Master, certified by the Scrum Alliance in September 2016.
