David's previous roles include Senior Director of Integrated Development and Director of Civil Sales, with a strong track record in business development within competitive markets. David holds multiple advanced degrees, including an MBA in International Business from Georgetown University and Esade, and a Master Certificate in Applied Program Management from Villanova University, along with an M.A. in Spanish Literature and a B.A. in Economics and Spanish.
