Carrie (Luttbeg) Coleman is an experienced health policy professional with a diverse background in proposal writing, public policy, and consulting. Currently serving as Vice President of Proposals at Sharecare since April 2024, Carrie has a strong track record of success in previous roles, including Principal at Coleman Applied Health Policy Consulting and Vice President of Proposal Writing at UnitedHealthcare, where a proposal development team achieved a 93% win rate for State Medicaid RFPs.
