Javier Rayón Encinas has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Javier is currently the Director of Product, Innovation, and Experience at Sesame HR since June 2022. Previously, they worked at Teamwire gmbH for several years, where they held the positions of Product Manager and Front-end Lead SR. Engineer / Product Manager, overseeing the development of secure enterprise messaging solutions. Before that, they worked at Criteria Studio as a Mobile Developer/Consultant with Appcelerator Titanium, specializing in iOS and Android app development. Javier also had experience as an Associated Owner/Sales Manager at HELLOPHOTO SL, focusing on photography services for corporate and institutional clients. Additionally, they served as the Chief Director at Jarabu Comunicaciones SL, managing a team of 25 people and overseeing various aspects of the business. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Freelance E-Commerce Consultant/Developer and as a Teacher at a private academy. Javier started their career as a Jr. Java Developer at ABM Informática.

Javier Rayón Encinas holds an Engineer's degree in Telecommunications Engineering from Universitat Politècnica de València (UPV), which they obtained from 1997 to 2001. Javier then pursued a Master's degree in E-Commerce/Electronic Commerce at Universidad de Salamanca from 2003 to 2004. Later, they attended ESIC Business & Marketing School for a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services, which they completed from 2004 to 2005. In 2013, Javier received a certificate in User Experience (UX) from Nielsen Norman Group.
