Emanuele Ficola has extensive experience in the aviation industry, working as an Air Traffic Controller for ENAV in various roles. Currently, they hold leadership positions in multiple operational projects at SESAR Joint Undertaking. Prior to this, they worked in the military as an Officer for the Marina Militare. Emanuele also has a background in aeronautical studies and organizational and management sciences.
