Chen Sun has extensive experience in power systems and trading, currently serving as a Power Trader at SESCO Enterprises since September 2014, focusing on virtual power trading across various regional markets including PJM, MISO, SPP, and NYISO. Prior roles include Project Manager and Power Systems Engineer at Electric Power Group, LLC, where Chen developed training programs for engineers and designed real-time monitoring solutions. Experience also includes managing client support at Power Analytics Corporation, internships with the Midwest ISO and State Grid Corporation of China, and research assistance on software validation with Dr. Vijay Vittal. Academic credentials consist of a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering with a focus on Power Systems from Arizona State University, along with a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Huazhong University of Science and Technology.
