Izabela Koniecko

Izabela Koniecko has extensive experience in process optimization and project management, primarily at Sescom S.A. from June 2012 to August 2024. As the Kierownik Biura Standaryzacji Procesów, Izabela coordinated efficiency enhancement programs, led Kaizen initiatives, organized Lean Management training, and managed compliance tasks. Other roles included serving as an internal ISO 9001 auditor and project manager, where Izabela focused on robotics and ERP implementation projects. In addition to practical experience, Izabela has contributed to academia as a lecturer on project management at Wyższa Szkoła Bankowa in Gdańsk and has held various project management positions with the International Project Management Association, further showcasing expertise in the field. Educational credentials include a Master's degree in Operational Management from Gdańsk University of Technology.
