Maria Azarian

Maria Azarian has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Maria is currently working as the Director of Operations at Seton Catholic Schools since January 2022. Prior to this role, they served as the Dean of Operations at Prince of Peace School within the same organization from July 2021 to June 2022. Maria also worked as the Development Manager at Seton Catholic Schools from May 2020 to June 2021.

Before joining Seton Catholic Schools, Maria held the position of a Nontraditional Occupation Coach at Waukesha County Technical College from January 2020 to June 2020.

Maria's previous experience includes a role as a Senior Student Services Coordinator at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee from September 2015 to September 2019. In this role, they supervised and mentored staff, evaluated admission applications, and guided students in their college selection process.

Maria also served as the Director of Communications at The Prairie School from April 2012 to August 2015. Prior to that, they worked as the Recruitment & Rentention Manager at Saint Thomas More High School from August 2010 to April 2012. In this role, Maria led the recruitment and retention team, launched the Milwaukee Parental Choice Program, and managed ongoing communication.

Maria's earlier experience includes a role as the Director of Development at Milwaukee Montessori School from November 2005 to December 2010. In this position, they planned and organized school events, managed the Annual Fund program, and maintained donor relationships.

Maria'scareer started at Walgreens where they worked as a Bonus Administrator in the Corporate Office from September 2004 to November 2005. In this role, they managed the national bonus program, collaborated with district managers and store supervisors, and provided support for district review meetings.

Maria Azarian has an extensive education history. Maria obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management from Lubar College of Business in 2004. In 2007 to 2008, they pursued further education in the Latino Nonprofit Leadership Program at Cardinal Stritch University, focusing on Latino Leadership and Nonprofit Management. In 2010 to 2012, Maria completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at Cardinal Stritch University, specializing in Business Administration and Management. Currently, they are enrolled at the Milwaukee School of Engineering, pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Educational Leadership and Administration, General, which they are expected to complete in 2023.
