Vladimir Shraibman has a diverse work experience spanning over several roles and industries.

Vladimir started their career as a Software Developer at Auktion24, where they participated in the development of a knowledge management web system.

Afterward, they joined an insurance company as an Application Developer, where they developed an automated business system using Microsoft Access and Visual Basic for Applications.

At Axmor Software, Vladimir held multiple positions, including Software Developer, System Analyst & Technical Writer, Project Manager, and Sales & Account Manager. As a System Analyst, they gathered business requirements and created detailed software specifications. Vladimir also led various software development projects and managed development teams as a Project Manager. In their role as a Sales & Account Manager, Vladimir built strong relationships with clients and facilitated communication between the customers and developers.

Vladimir later joined Improve Group as an Account Director and then as a Project Manager. Vladimir was responsible for delivering mobile development projects for 4finance, a consumer lending group operating in multiple countries. Vladimir coordinated the efforts of Improve Digital teams, country businesses, and remote backend development teams to ensure the successful launch of new products in various markets.

Before their current role at SETRONICA as a Project Manager, Vladimir was the Clients Leader at IT MEGASTAR. Vladimir assisted the company in initiating and executing development projects while focusing on customer satisfaction and achieving better results for their businesses.

Throughout their career, Vladimir has demonstrated a strong understanding of software development processes, project management, and building fruitful partnerships with clients.

Vladimir Shraibman completed their education at Novosibirsk State University (NSU). Vladimir obtained a Master's degree in Applied Mathematics and Computer Science from NSU, attending from 1997 to 2003. Vladimir continued their education at NSU, completing a Postgraduate course in Computer Science from 2003 to 2006.

In addition to their formal education, Shraibman also obtained certifications in Agile Software Development from ScrumTrek in December 2015 and Professional Coach ICU from the International Coaches Union in September 2008.
