Stacy Friedowitz

Stacy Friedowitz has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in the field of human resources. Stacy most recently worked as a People Operations Generalist at Settle since June 2022. Prior to that, they were a Benefits Administrator and then a People Services (HR) Specialist at Houzz from April 2019 to June 2022. Stacy also had a short-term position as a Temporary Human Resources Generalist at Drybar in March 2019.

Before their time at Houzz and Drybar, Stacy served as a Human Resources Administrator at Wescom Credit Union from December 2016 onwards. Prior to that, they held roles as a Human Resources Benefits Representative and then as a Human Resources Coordinator / Benefits Administrator at QTC Management - A Leidos Company from October 2014 to December 2016.

Earlier in their career, Stacy gained experience as a Human Resources Manager and a Human Resources Training Manager at Marinello Schools of Beauty. Stacy also served as a Student Services Director and a Student Services Specialist during their time at Marinello. Additionally, they briefly worked as a Human Resources Consultant at Jazz Semiconductor.

Stacy also contributed their expertise as a PowerPoint Instructor at Experience Unlimited, Anaheim Chapter, where they provided volunteer services for job search clients and facilitated monthly PowerPoint training classes.

Stacy Friedowitz holds a Certificate in Human Resources Management from UC Irvine, which was obtained from 2009 to 2011. Prior to that, they pursued a Master of Social Work degree in Industrial / Organizational Social Work from the University of Southern California from 1999 to 2001. Stacy's educational journey began at UC San Diego, where they completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from 1995 to 1999.
