Helbert Ferreira

Helvert Ferreira has accumulated over 20 years of experience developing systems for the financial industry. Mr. Ferreira was Project Manager for the Banco Central Hipotecario (BCH) Colombia, in charge of networking and online transactions for ATM and Teller machines. As Director of Technology for Team-Engineering Co., he performed feasibility studies for a Waste Transformation to Energy Project in Trinidad and Tobago (sponsored by American and Canadian groups).
