Carrie Lynch has extensive work experience in the interior design industry. Carrie began their career as an Interior Designer in 2000 and has since gained 20 years of experience in commercial interior design, contract design, residential consulting, and product development. In May 2019, they founded Midwest design Marketplace, LLC, a multi-line Architectural and Interior Design resource group that connects trade professionals with vendors offering materials and resources for various projects. In 2020, Carrie joined several companies in roles such as a Resource Solutions Specialist at Charles Samelson Inc, a Resource Specialist at Eurofase Lighting, Studio Wise, Séura, Nourison, and Vaughan Benz. Carrie also worked as a Hospitality Furniture, Lighting, and Accessories Solutions Provider at Palecek starting in December 2020. In 2021, they became a Resource Specialist at Mandy Li Collection, which specializes in custom and turnkey solutions for interior design and furnishing needs. Overall, Carrie Lynch has a well-rounded background in the interior design industry with a focus on business and product development.

Carrie Lynch completed their high school education at Oakville Senior High from 1990 to 1995, focusing on general studies. Carrie then pursued a degree in Interior Design at St. Louis Community College from 1995 to 1998. Afterward, Carrie enrolled at the University of Missouri-Columbia, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Human Environmental Sciences with a specialization in Environmental Design from 1998 to 2000. In addition to their formal education, Carrie has obtained certifications such as being a member of IIDA (IIDA Gateway Chapter), NCIDQ (NATIONAL COUNCIL FOR INTERIOR DESIGN QUALIFICATION INC), and an industry member of NEWH (NEWH, The Hospitality Network) in the Missouri region.
