Ajay Sarja

Ajay Sarja has a diverse work experience in the field of thermal engineering. Ajay currently holds the position of Senior Thermal Engineer at Seurat Technologies since December 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Thermal Analyst at Holtec International from December 2019 to December 2022, where they conducted CFD analysis for the thermal-hydraulic behavior of coolant inside a small modular reactor. Ajay also served as a Thermal Analyst at Holtec International from March 2019 to December 2021.

Before joining Holtec International, Ajay worked as a Graduate Research Assistant at NC State Mechanical & Aerospace Engineering from September 2017 to December 2018. Ajay also gained experience as a Project Assistant at the Indian Institute of Science (IISc) from September 2016 to June 2017. Prior to their research roles, Ajay started their career as a Graduate Engineer Trainee at Bata India Limited from July 2015 to April 2016.

Ajay Sarja obtained their Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering from RV College of Engineering from 2011 to 2015. Ajay then pursued further education and completed their Master of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from North Carolina State University from 2017 to 2018.
