Michelle Davidson, LCSW, currently serves as a Gilda's Club Group Facilitator at Gilda's Club Kentuckiana and holds the position of Manager of Clinical Operations - Addictions at Seven Counties Services. As a co-founder of The Black Counseling and Consulting Collective and an adjunct professor at the University of Louisville Kent School of Social Work, Michelle teaches courses in Human Behavior in the Social Environment and Psychopathology. Previous roles include Behavioral Health Department Manager at Park Duvalle Community Health Center and Vice President of Clinical Services & Quality Improvement at Alternative Behavioral Intervention. Michelle's experience also encompasses individual and group supervision for CSWs in private practice and extensive work in mental health services across various settings. Currently pursuing a Doctor of Social Work degree at the University of Louisville, Michelle holds a Masters of Science in Social Work and a Bachelor's in Psychology from Spalding University.
