Sara Smith

Sara L. Smith, SHRM, HCS, currently serves as Vice President of Human Resources and Development at Seven Counties Services since February 2018. Previously, Sara held the role of HR Manager at Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center from 2010 to April 2017, leading a team to provide HR and Employee Relations services to over 10,000 employees. Additionally, Sara worked as an Organizational Effectiveness Consultant and Coach, focusing on change management and strategic alignment. Earlier experience includes serving as Regional HR Manager/Director at Lafarge from 2007 to 2010 and as Organizational Development/M&A Director at Pentair from 1997 to 2005. Sara holds a BS in Psychology/Government from Centre College and an MS in Organizational Communication/Psychology from Western Kentucky University, along with completing the Core Essentials Program at Western Kentucky University.
