Joseph Realbuto has an extensive work experience in the field of developmental disabilities and adult services. Joseph worked as the Vice President of Seven Hills ASPiRE!, where they held a leadership role. Prior to that, they were the Vice President of Adult Services at May Institute, where they managed various residential, day habilitation, and vocational programs. During their tenure, they successfully developed new annualized services worth $16.5 million. Additionally, they served as the Assistant Executive Director/Clinical Services at SchenectadyARC, where they oversaw the development and management of medical/therapeutic clinics and day treatment programs for individuals with developmental disabilities. In this role, they were responsible for fiscal management, regulatory compliance, marketing of new services, and overall managerial responsibility for seven sites.
Joseph Realbuto obtained a Master's of Science in Health Services Administration from The Sage Colleges - Russell Sage College between 1997 and 1999. Prior to that, they earned a Master of Science in Education/Special Education from The College of Saint Rose between 1982 and 1984, specializing in Special Education and Teaching.
