Steve Mason

Steve Mason has a wealth of experience in the security industry. Steve began their career in 2001 as a Sales Director at ActiveIdentity. In 2003, they moved to Protego Networks as a Regional Sales Manager for the West and Asia Pac regions. In 2005, they joined Cisco Systems as a Product Sales Specialist for Security - Advanced Technologies, and was the #1 Commercial Product Sales Specialist in the US for FY06. Steve then moved to AT&T in 2009 as a Managed Security Sales Director, and to AccelOps, Inc. (acquired by Fortinet) as a District Manager. In 2012, they became a Membership Adviser at ICS-CyberSecurity / ICS-ISAC, and in 2013 they took on the role of Sr Sales Consultant - Advanced Security at Dimension Data. In 2016, they joined Visa as a Sr Director of Visa Digital Business - Secure Commerce and as a Director of Visa Threat Intelligence. In 2019, they became an Investor/Advisor at Global Kinetix, and in 2020 they took on the role of Director of Business Development at Seven Seas Music, Inc.

Steve Mason attended De Anza College and West Valley College, but did not receive any degrees or certifications.
