Steven Surgoth

Steven Surgoth has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Steven began their career in 2012 at Applebee's Neighborhood Grill + Bar, where they worked as a Service Specialist, providing exceptional customer service and achieving upselling targets. In 2017, they joined Prime 47 as a Service Specialist, leading small teams and delivering exemplary fine dining experiences. Steven demonstrated proficiency in team leadership, training, project oversight, and public speaking skills.

In 2020, Steven transitioned to Outliant, where they initially served as a Salesforce Administrator, managing the system's functions and ensuring smooth operations. Steven later became a Project Manager, overseeing projects and coordinating banquet dining for large events.

In 2021, they joined TechnoMile as a Salesforce Consultant, utilizing their expertise to provide strategic guidance and support to clients. Steven then worked at rSTAR Technologies in 2022 as a Salesforce Implementation Consultant, assisting with the successful implementation of Salesforce solutions.

Currently, Steven is employed at SevenPoints Consulting as a Senior Salesforce Consultant, utilizing their extensive experience and knowledge to provide expert consultation and drive successful Salesforce projects.

Steven Surgoth received a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from Indiana University East in 2020. Steven then obtained additional certifications including Salesforce Certified Administrator (SCA) from Salesforce in January 2020 and Manufacturing Cloud Accredited Professional from Salesforce Partners in April 2022. Steven is currently pursuing a degree as a Ranger at Trailhead by Salesforce, with an expected completion date in 2022.
