Customer Success Manager, Enterprise at SevenRooms

Leslie Lim has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. In 2013, they worked as an Event Manager at Dallas Boat Quay Pte Ltd until 2015. From 2015 to 2016, they were an Assistant Event Sales & Marketing Manager at Park Hotel Group. They then joined the Restaurant Association of Singapore in 2016, where they worked in Programmes and Events until 2018. From 2018 to 2021, they held the position of Team Lead, Merchant Success & Development at ShopBack. In 2021, Leslie took on the role of Customer Success Manager (APAC) at HubSpot, which lasted until May 2022. Currently, Leslie is working as a Commercial and Creative Styling Coordinator, and starting in June 2023, they will join SEVENROOMS as a Customer Success Manager for Enterprise clients.

Leslie Lim attended Temasek Polytechnic from 2008 to 2011, where they studied Baking & Culinary Science. In June 2020, Leslie obtained a certification in Effective Listening from LinkedIn.
