Renee Valadez is an experienced professional with a strong background in customer success, account management, and operations. Currently serving as a Customer Success Manager at SevenRooms since July 2024, Renee previously held the role of Senior Restaurant Success Manager at ChowNow, where management of a portfolio of over 500 accounts focused on ensuring client satisfaction and performance.
