Andreas Pfrunder has a diverse work experience spanning from 2010 to the present. In 2010, they were a Member of the Election Office for the Municipality Meilen ZH. In 2012, they were a Chemistry Teaching Assistant at ETH Zurich. In 2013, they were an Intern in the Avionics & Unmanned Systems Department at the Center for Advanced Aerospace Technologies. In 2014, they were a Process Technology Engineer and an Intern Process Technology at Trafag AG. In 2015, they were an Intern at CSIRO. From 2016 to 2018, they were a Robotics Engineer at the Autonomous Systems Lab (ASL) at ETH Zurich. Since 2018, they have been a Co-Founder and held various roles, including CFO, COO, and Hardware Team Lead at Sevensense Robotics. Additionally, since 2019, they have been a Member of the Board at Trafag AG.

Andreas Pfrunder has a diverse educational background. Andreas attended Kantonsschule Hohe Promenade from 2003 to 2009, where they obtained their high school degree. Andreas then attended ETH Zürich from 2010 to 2013, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering. In 2013, they took an exchange semester at the University of Toronto, studying Mechatronics, Robotics, and Automation Engineering. In 2014, they returned to ETH Zürich and obtained a Master's Degree in Robotics, Systems and Control in 2016. Currently, they are enrolled in a Master of Business Administration program at INSEAD, which they are expected to complete in 2022. Additionally, they have obtained a Private Pilot Licence PPL(A) from the EASA - European Aviation Safety Agency in 2011, and a Scuba Dive Certificate D3 from the CMAS - World underwater federation in 2008.
