Madhav Saikia

Madhav Saikia has a diverse work experience spanning over 20 years. Madhav is currently working at Severalnines as the Regional Director Sales (APAC) starting from March 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Leena AI as the Regional Sales Director (India) from April 2022 to December 2022. In this role, they were responsible for sales of Leena AI products and concepts in India, leading a team of Enterprise Account Managers and handling various tasks such as creating GTM strategies, providing demos, and ensuring successful product launches.

Before joining Leena AI, Madhav Saikia was the Director of Sales & Customer Success at Unotech Software Pvt. Ltd from October 2017 to March 2022. Their role included pre-sales, sales, and after-sales activities for all products and services of the company. Madhav also managed existing client relationships and acquired new business opportunities.

From June 2015 to September 2017, Madhav was the National Business Manager at Sonata Software, where they focused on new initiatives and alliances, as well as growing the Opensource business of the company in India.
