Ian Dawson

Ian Dawson has extensive work experience in the engineering and design field. Ian started their career as a Design Draftsman Detailer at Bone Steel in 1988 and worked there until 1992. From 1995 to 1997, they served as a Graduate Engineer at Harry Marsh Engineers. In 1996, they moved to Barrett Steel Buildings Ltd to work as a Graduate Engineer for a year. In 1997, they joined Fairhurst as a Graduate Engineer and worked there until 1998. Ian then joined Cleveland Bridge International as a Design Engineering Manager in 1998 and worked there until 2003. Ian's most recent role was at Severfield plc, where they started as an Associate Design Director in 2003 and later became a Design Director. The end dates for their roles at Severfield plc are not provided.

Ian Dawson earned a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Sunderland, where they studied from 1992 to 1995.
