Alex Norman

Alex Norman is an experienced Senior Project Manager at Severn Trent, with a career spanning over a decade in project management and business change roles. Since September 2013, Alex has successfully coordinated large-scale organizational changes, including the redesign affecting hundreds of employees and the management of a multi-million operational contract. Prior to this, Alex served as a Business Change Analyst and External Relationships Coordinator, contributing significantly to debt reduction initiatives within Severn Trent Water's credit management department. Earlier experience includes a Senior Supervisor role at JJs, where leadership of a team of 30 in a high-pressure environment was key to optimizing operations and enhancing staff development.
