Shayla Campbell

Shayla Campbell, PHR has extensive experience in talent acquisition and human resources. Shayla is currently the Director of Talent Acquisition at Sevita. Previously, they worked at JPMorgan Chase & Co. as a Human Resource Business Partner and Vice President of Audit Recruitment. Prior to that, Shayla was the Talent Acquisition Manager at FirstService Residential Texas. Shayla also had significant roles at Independent Financial, Thrivent Financial, Bank of America, and AT&T, where they demonstrated their expertise in recruitment, staffing, and leadership. Shayla's experience spans over 20 years, making their a seasoned professional in the field.

Shayla Campbell, PHR, holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Saginaw Valley State University - College of Business and Management, obtained in 2013. In 2016, Shayla completed the PHR & SPHR Certification Training from The University of Dallas - Center for Professional Development. Shayla also obtained the Professional in Human Resources® (PHR®) certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI in the same year. Currently, Shayla is pursuing a Master of Legal Studies in Human Resource and Employment Law at Texas A&M University, scheduled to be completed between 2023 and 2025.
