Susan McCarthy

Susan McCarthy has over 20 years of experience in the healthcare and behavioral health field. Susan served as the Vice President of Operations at Sevita from 2011 to the present, where they also served as the Executive Director from 2011 to 2023. Prior to that, they worked at St. Vincent's Home as a Program Manager from 2005 to 2011. Susan also held the position of Intake Director at North Star Behavioral Health System from 2003 to 2005, and was the Clinical Director of the Diagnostic Assessment Program at Concord Family and Youth Services from 2000 to 2003. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated a strong commitment to leadership, program development, and staff management.

Susan McCarthy has a Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education and Psychology from the Boston College School of Education, which they completed in 1996. Susan later pursued a Master of Education degree in Counseling from the Boston University Graduate School of Education, completing it in 1999.
