Oussama Jail has a diverse work experience in the telecom industry. OUSSAMA started their career at Webhelp as a Technical Assistant in September 2013. OUSSAMA then moved on to Maroc Telecom, where they worked in various roles including Technician, Coordinator, and FTTH Supervisor. At Maroc Telecom, they were responsible for overseeing FTTH installations, providing technical support to clients, managing teams and interventions, and handling customer complaints. Oussama also has experience at AFD Technologies, where they served as a BSS Transmission Technical Referent and Telecom Engineer. In these roles, they resolved level 1 transport incidents, conducted investigations on transmission equipment, and worked with internal tools and supplier servers. OUSSAMA is currently employed at Sewan Groupe as a Level 1 Telecom Network Technical Support.
