About the Role As a Business Operations Intern at SewerAI, you will play a vital role in supporting our growing company. You will be involved in every aspect of scaling a startup by managing day-to-day operations and increasing our team’s overall functionality. You will use data analysis, problem-solving, project management, and a strategic mindset to assist in the ideation and execution of some of the company’s most important initiatives.  Working closely with experienced and unique leaders, you will be able to tap in, learn from their successes, and contribute to the growth and success of our company.

What You'll Do

  • Work with VP of Operations, CEO, CRO and executives across teams on executing key projects to drive our product and operations forward.
  • Strategize with and support internal teams on top priority strategic projects to operationalize process enhancements and implement scalable solutions.
  • Research and handle correspondence related to declined payments and abandoned cart flows, optimizing user engagement and retention.
  • Assist in maintaining internal tools for reporting purposes, contributing to data accuracy and operational efficiency.
  • Utilize data analytics tools and techniques to analyze marketing performance, user engagement, and operational efficiency.
  • Generate insights from data analysis to drive strategic decision-making and optimize business processes.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Pursuing an MBA, MPP, or other graduate degree in a similar field.
  • 1+ years experience in operations, product or strategy in a fast-paced environment such as a high-growth tech company; management consulting; investment banking; private equity.
  • Self-motivated and with a solid work ethic.
  • Strong technical skills and ability to analyze utilizing excel
  • Tech-savvy and willing to get scrappy and manual if needed
  • Organized and detail-oriented; are capable of handling multiple projects and dynamic priorities at a time.
  • Extensive experience in making data-driven product decisions.
