Ken Horton has over 20 years of experience in human resources. Ken worked as a General Manager/VP of HR, Safety, Public Relations, Facilities & General Administration at Sewon America, Inc., where they were responsible for leading and directing all aspects of HR, including strategic planning, talent acquisition, and compensation and benefits administration. Prior to that, they served as the Corporate Director of Human Resources at NCI Resources Management, Inc., where they developed and implemented HR strategies for over 3000 employees. Ken also worked as a Regional Human Resources Manager at NCI Resources Management and as a District Human Resources Manager at Overnite Transportation, Inc/UPS Freight, where they focused on labor relations and union avoidance. Throughout their career, Ken has demonstrated strong leadership skills and the ability to align business objectives with HR strategies.

Ken Horton holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Management from Western Michigan University. Ken also obtained a Masters degree in Human Resources from the same university. In addition to their educational background, Ken has earned certifications including SPHR (Senior Professional in Human Resources) in January 2009 and Professional in Human Resources (PHR) from the Society of Human Resources Management.
