Francis Ruiz

Francis Ruiz has a diverse range of work experience spanning multiple industries. Francis currently holds the position of Human Resources Generalist at Roami since June 2022. Prior to Roami, they worked as a Sourcing Specialist at Climb Growth Partners from December 2021 to September 2022 and at Gusto from December 2021 to June 2022.

Before transitioning to sourcing roles, Francis served as a Training Manager at Concentrix from July 2017 to December 2021. In this role, they were responsible for identifying and assessing candidates' profiles, driving brand values through training and development activities, and effectively communicating with recruitment members, trainers, and management.

Francis also gained experience as a Talent Sourcing Specialist at a Stealth Startup from August 2020 to August 2021. Their responsibilities included coordinating with hiring managers, designing job descriptions and interview questions, and sourcing potential candidates through online channels.

To kickstart their career, Francis worked as a Customer Service Specialist at Sitel from January 2008 to January 2010, where they maintained a positive and professional attitude towards customers and responded promptly to their inquiries.

Lastly, Francis began their professional journey as a Sales Representative at Press 2 from August 2007 to January 2008. In this role, they generated leads, met or exceeded sales goals, and negotiated contracts with prospective clients.

Francis Ruiz obtained a Bachelor's degree in Small Business Administration/Management from Universidad Centroamericana, Managua. The degree was earned from 2008 to 2013.
