Rachel See

Rachel See is a Senior Counsel and Vice Chair at Seyfarth Shaw LLP, specializing in emerging technology and people analytics, with extensive experience in AI risk management, governance, and regulatory compliance. Prior to this role, Rachel served as Senior Counsel for AI and Algorithmic Bias at the EEOC, educating legal and HR professionals on employment discrimination laws as they relate to AI. Rachel's career includes significant positions such as Acting Executive Officer and Special Assistant to the Chair of the EEOC, and Branch Chief at the National Labor Relations Board, where Rachel provided strategic guidance on electronic information management.
