Ranmore Vandort

Ranmore VanDort has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Ranmore is currently serving as the Head of Business Process Re-Engineering at Seylan Bank PLC since July 2021. Prior to this, they worked at StrEdge from 2018 to 2021, holding the positions of Director at StrEdge Academy and Senior Consultant at StrEdge Advisory. From 2011 to 2018, VanDort held various roles at Nations Trust Bank PLC, including Manager - Lean Transformation and Assistant Manager - Lean Transformation. Ranmore also worked as a Senior Internal Audit Assistant during this time. Before their stint at Nations Trust Bank PLC, VanDort worked as a Customer Service Executive at HSBC from 2007 to 2011. Ranmore started their career as a part-time English Language Teacher at Gateway Language Centre in 2006. In 2005, VanDort worked as a Teacher at Maris Stella College Negombo, where they taught English medium Science and was also involved in organizing collage events.

Ranmore VanDort's education history is as follows:

- Ranmore obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the University of Bedfordshire in 2023.

- In 2021, Ranmore completed a short-term course in Project Management at the University of Virginia.

- Additionally, in 2021, Ranmore pursued a course in Psychology at Yale University.

- In 2016, Ranmore obtained the Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification from the Six Sigma Management Institute by Dr. Mikel J. Harry.

- In 2014, Ranmore completed a course in Project Management from the Project Management Institute Colombo Sri Lanka Chapter.

- Ranmore also achieved the Six Sigma Green Belt certification from the National Institute of Business Management in 2014.

- Prior to that, Ranmore attended Maris Stella College Negombo from 1996 to 2005 and St. Mary's College, Negombo from 1991 to 1995.

- Recently, in 2021, Ranmore obtained a certification in "Making the Case for RPA" from CIMA.

In addition to Ranmore's educational qualifications, they have acquired various additional certifications such as Lean Leader, Data Science Methodology, Tools for Data Science, What is Data Science?, Making the Case for Robotic Process Automation, Fundamentals of Project Planning and Management, Introduction to Psychology, Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt, Lean Champion, Certificate in Internal Auditing, and Lean Facilitator from different renowned institutions.
