Alana F.

Alana F. currently serves as the Senior Director of Retail Operations at SF Goodwill since July 2022. Previously, Alana held the position of Store Manager at Goodwill Industries SF starting in May 2013 and later became the Director of Retail Operations there. Alana also has experience as a Store Manager at Starbucks for a brief period in February 2015 and Assistant Manager at Staples from 2005 to 2013. Alana F. obtained their Associate of Arts degree in General Education from City College of San Francisco in 2003.
