Rachel Carter

APAC General Manager at SFI Health

Rachel Carter has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Rachel is currently the Head of Australia and NZ for SFI Health International. Prior to this, they held the position of Head of Sales and Marketing - Australia at SFI Health from October 2020 to April 2022.

Rachel also has experience in the complementary medicines industry, having served as Chair of the Practitioner Committee at Complementary Medicines Australia (CMA) since January 2022. Rachel was also a Board Member and Chair of Marcoms at CMA from August 2020 to January 2022.

Before their involvement in the health industry, Rachel worked as the Head of Sales for Caruso's Natural Health from December 2018 to October 2020. Prior to that, they were the Head of Neutrecuticals and Account Director at Pact Group from April 2016 to November 2018.

In the IT sector, Rachel held the position of National Enterprise Sales Director at Lexmark International, Inc. in 2015, where they led a team of ten in complex IT sales strategies. Rachel also served as an Enterprise Business Manager at Lexmark from 2012 to 2014.

Earlier in their career, Rachel worked in various roles at Targus Australia, where they were a National Account Manager for Dell APJ and an Alliance Channel Manager from 2008 to 2011.

Rachel's career began at Coca-Cola Amatil, where they worked as a Marketing Manager - GTM Manager from 2000 to 2009. Rachel also served as a Retail Presence Manager for NSW from 2004 to 2006.

Rachel Carter completed their secondary education at Covenant Christian School from 1987 to 1992, where they obtained their Yr 12 diploma. Following this, they pursued higher education and attended Deakin University from 2005 to 2008. At Deakin University, Rachel earned a degree in Marketing and Consumer Behaviour, focusing on the field of study of Marketing.
